Sean Sandusky is an American tattooer, designer, and multidisciplinary craftsman based in Ohio.

Working professionally since 2009, his practice is rooted in the traditions of American tattooing while extending into illustration, photography, painted works, and object design. His work is shaped by a respect for permanence, material honesty, and the enduring relationship between utility and art.

After more than a decade tattooing in Ohio, Sean spent time working along the East Coast in traditional street shops influenced by military towns, maritime culture, and high-volume walk-in environments. The discipline, pace, and craftsmanship of those spaces continue to inform his approach to both tattooing and client experience.

Ghostmarker Atelier was developed as an extension of that philosophy — a creative house centered around authorship, atmosphere, and meaningful craftsmanship. From tattooing and illustration to apparel, ritual goods, and curated objects, each piece is approached with the same emphasis on restraint, quality, and longevity.

Atlantic Trading Co. emerged from this foundation as a modern merchant house inspired by old-world trade, field journals, maritime heritage, traditional craft, and the cultural artifacts that continue to shape human identity across generations. The project exists as both a design language and a living ecosystem: one built around thoughtful commerce, ceremonial presence, practical beauty, and objects meant to be kept rather than consumed.
